Code of Conduct
When users contact Blade personnel for assistance we will always:
  1. Be welcoming and courteous;
  1. Be polite, fair, and respectful;
  1. Be helpful and responsive;
  1. Listen to understand your needs; and
  1. Do our best to communicate clearly and provide information suited to your needs.
In return, we ask that users:
  1. Be considerate, friendly and patient;
  1. Be respectful of other people, opinions, and viewpoints;
  1. Be understanding and strive to resolve disagreements constructively; and
  1. Choose your words carefully and refrain from all forms of harassment, including but not limited to:
  • violent threats or language directed against another person;
  • discriminatory jokes and language; posting sexually explicit or violent material;
  • posting or threatening to post other people’s personally identifiable information;
  • personal insults; and
  • derogatory, racist or sexist terms; unwelcome sexual attention.
If you are unable to adhere to this Code of Conduct then Blade personnel will not be able to assist you with your request.
