Code of Conduct
When users contact Blade personnel for assistance we will always:
Be welcoming and courteous;
Be polite, fair, and respectful;
Be helpful and responsive;
Listen to understand your needs; and
Do our best to communicate clearly and provide information suited to your needs.
In return, we ask that users:
Be considerate, friendly and patient;
Be respectful of other people, opinions, and viewpoints;
Be understanding and strive to resolve disagreements constructively; and
Choose your words carefully and refrain from all forms of harassment, including but not limited to:
violent threats or language directed against another person;
discriminatory jokes and language; posting sexually explicit or violent material;
posting or threatening to post other people’s personally identifiable information;
personal insults; and
derogatory, racist or sexist terms; unwelcome sexual attention.
If you are unable to adhere to this Code of Conduct then Blade personnel will not be able to assist you with your request.
