Sami entered the blockchain space in 2017 as one of the original members and Head of Asia Pacific for an enterprise blockchain technology called Hedera. He was responsible for developing business with enterprises such as LG Electronics, Nomura Holdings, Shinhan Bank, Dentons, and DBS. He has 20yrs of business development and sales experience in the financial services industry with firms such as Citigroup and Deutsche Bank and money management experience as a trader and CIO at multiple funds. Sami is also a best-selling author and a speaker in the field of financial literacy. He earned his BE at Duke University.

Valera brings over 10 years of industry experience in building teams for large-scale projects. He has a successful track record of delivering enterprise-level products and possesses strong leadership skills and extensive web and mobile technologies expertise. Valera has worked with leading enterprises globally, including iconic brands like Netflix. With his background in software engineering, management, and architecture design, combined with his current position at Blade Labs, he continues to drive innovation and success in the industry.

Guiding the creative direction at Blade, Ints leverages his industry experience, network, and approach to drive the success of the company’s brand development initiatives. He earned a Master of Arts Degree in Business Management from the University of St Andrews.
